This approximately 200 year old Grade II listed building, which is split into multiple flats for a single landlord, required extensive passive fire protection and fire detection installation to bring it up to the relevant British Standard.
As a listed building, there was no option of installing any cabling throughout the building.

This 70 point BS5839-1 2017 system allowed Instant Protect to fully protect all flats and communal areas seamlessly, with no disturbance to the tenants that resided in the property throughout the project, and without any making good required.
